Chestnuts roasting on an open fire (well)
Jack Frost nipping at your nose
Yuletide carols being sung by a choir
And folks dressed up like Eskimos
Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe (well)
Help to make the season bright
Tiny little tots with their eyes all aglow
Will find it hard to sleep tonight
You now that, you know that, you know that Santa’s on his way
He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh
Everybody’s mother’s child is going to spy
To see if reindeer’s really know how to fly
And so I’m offering this simple phrase
From kids from one to ninety-two
